Ranavav is located in Porbandar, the district of Gujarat where
Mahatma Gandhi was born. Ranavav shares its border with Jungle Bardo, which is
famous for its diverse flora and fauna. This city acts as an informal
headquarter for the nearby villages and is religiously significant. The region
is rich in the minerals- bauxite and limestone.
